Terms & Conditions

  • All taxes are included in the quoted rate.
  • Extra items not mentioned or of personal nature, will be added to the guest’s private account.
  • The quoted rate is per unit per night and as a self-catering unit only.
  • No meals or servicing of the unit is thus included, can be added as an extra cost e.g Breakfast, Breakfast Pack, Dinner etc.
  • Own bath and beach towels must be brought with. Fresh linen is however provided every 5th/7th day.
  • No smoking is allowed in our units.
  • One parking bay is allocated per unit.
  • Trailers (if any) must be arranged with the administrator.
  • Unit is fully furnished, but does not have a washing machine and or dishwashing machine (only Kindness Unit has Dishwasher). There is however a Laundromat available 3 min away.
  • Dstv Now is available. All Units have Smart TV’s so feel welcome to Login to your favourite movie providers.
  • Units do not have air conditioning (we can arrange a fan for hot days).
  • Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our units.
  • A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is applicable and payable on arrival.
  • * Refund of breakage deposit will be processed within 7 – 10 working days after your departure.
